Living-room concert
Friends who play or sing take turns performing a short set at home for an audience of friends and family.
How to do it
- Invite performers and ask each to prepare two or three pieces.
- Arrange seating facing a small cleared "stage" area.
- Write a running order and keep each set under 15 minutes.
- Keep the volume considerate for neighbours and finish at a sensible hour.
