Who we are
WUDD (wuddgame.com and the WUDD apps) is owned and operated by WUDD GAME CLUB. By using WUDD you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice, which belongs to these terms.
The service
WUDD offers games for one device and for live rooms, Game Nights, video and voice calls in live rooms, groups, gatherings, competitions, learning and business listings. WUDD is in beta: features can change, pause or stop, and some are offered only to approved accounts. WUDD is free to use; payments are not active.
Your account
You sign in with your own Google account. One account belongs to one person: do not share it, sell it or use someone else's. Choose a name that does not pretend to be another person or WUDD GAME CLUB. Keep your devices and your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
You may have an account only if you are old enough, under the law of the country where you live, to agree to these terms yourself, and if you are allowed to hold a Google account. Anyone who meets these conditions can create a free member account with Google.
Fair play and respect
Play fairly and treat other people with respect. Hosts, game moderators, referees and organisers run their rooms, games and competitions; follow their decisions and the rules of the game, and use the report and appeal tools instead of arguing in the game. A game's secret information (a role, a word, an answer) is for the person it was given to: do not show it, send it or tell it to others while the game is running.
What is not allowed
Do not use WUDD to harass, threaten, bully or humiliate anyone; for hate against people because of who they are; for sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content aimed at people who did not want it; for violent, illegal or dangerous content; for spam, scams or advertising nobody asked for; to share someone's private information or images without their permission; to pretend to be someone else; or to cheat.
Do not try to get around WUDD's security or limits, collect data from WUDD automatically, disturb the service or other people's use of it, or use WUDD for anything that breaks the law.
Video and voice
Calls are possible only in live rooms that allow them, and only with your own permission for your microphone and camera. Never record, film, screenshot or broadcast other people in a call without their permission. WUDD itself does not record calls. Hosts, and in some games the game itself, may limit who can speak or show video; WUDD GAME CLUB may switch calls off at any time.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you write and create in WUDD (names, messages, word packs, scenarios, descriptions). You allow WUDD GAME CLUB to store it and show it to the people you share it with, as long as it is in WUDD. You are responsible for it and may only share what you have the right to share.
WUDD's content
The WUDD website and apps, their design, texts, pictures, game materials and software belong to WUDD GAME CLUB or are used with permission. You may use them to play and take part in WUDD; do not copy, sell or republish them without permission.
Reports, moderation and suspension
You can report people and content in rooms, groups and games. Reports go to the people who run that place and, where needed, to WUDD GAME CLUB. To protect people and the service, WUDD GAME CLUB may hide or remove content, remove someone from a room, group or competition, and suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your own account at any time in My Club.
Other members and businesses
Gatherings, rooms, competitions and business services are run by the members or businesses who create them; they are responsible for what they organise and offer. WUDD GAME CLUB is not a party to arrangements made between members or between members and businesses.
Availability and responsibility
WUDD is provided as it is, in beta, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, WUDD GAME CLUB is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data that you could have kept yourself, or the behaviour of other members and businesses. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when WUDD changes. The date at the top shows the current version; important changes are announced in WUDD before they apply. If you keep using WUDD after a change, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Members can use My Club → Privacy & account for their data. Anyone can write to WUDD GAME CLUB with the contact form on the «For businesses» page (choose «Other»).
