Neighbourhood discovery walk

Explore a part of the city you rarely visit, with a short checklist of things to spot along the way.

How to do it

  1. Pick an area that is safe to walk and plan a loop of two to five kilometres.
  2. Make a checklist: an old building, a mural, a local bakery, a quiet garden.
  3. Walk at an easy pace, stop for a local snack and tick off the list.
  4. Wear comfortable shoes, carry water and avoid the hottest hours.
